Rubber Processing Analyzer
Rubber Process Analyzer for QC, RPA2025QC, is speccially designed for QC by testing the processability, curability, viscoelastic property of raw material, uncured rubber, curable rubber as well as thermosetting material by use of the die cavity with its oscillating frequency, shearing strain and presetting temperature in wide range change to determine the dynamic properties of the material tested in before cure, curing and post cure, which are in complied to ASTM D5289 and ASTM D6204 as well as other international standards. The dynamic test methods performed by Rubber Process Analyzer for QC, RPA2025QC, have now been widely applied to quality control of rubber processing and upgrading traditional test facilities.
Auto MFR100+ Automation Rotorless Rheometer
Auto MFR100 Automation Rotorless Rheometer is widely used in rubber quality control, which is suitable to daily large quantity samples to be tested. Its Automatic Feeding System can be applied for all types of Rotorless Rheometer made by NORKA. The Automatic Feeding System is consisted of the automatic positioning system and film transportation system to load and unload test sample, which automate the whole testing process to meet the customers need of leveling up quality control, improving test efficiency, saving production costs and reducing work intensity as well as eliminating operator-made mistakes.

Non-isothermal Cure Test
The Non-isothermal Cure Test is possible and most suitable to stimulate the true curing process of thick rubber parts with presetting actual temperature changing profile.
Frequency Sweep Test
By changing oscillating frequency of te test die cavity in the range of 0.1 -20 Hz, the Frequency Sweep Test can further review the visco-elastic property and processability of rubber compunds.
Variable Rotor Speed
The rotor speed can be controlled at any point in a range of 0.1-30 rpm by using high precised servo motor and planetary gear reducer , which is stable rotating speed,high precision and large torque output.
